At your initial consultation your therapist will take a medical history to ascertain contraindications, precautions and assess possible causes to any ailment you maybe suffering.

The therapist will perform a health assessment specific to the presenting ailment which will consist of specific questioning, evaluation of movement and strength and orthopedic tests where required.

They will discuss what they believe is the problem and what they feel needs to be done in order to effectively treat the ailment making sure you are happy and comfortable with the proposed treatment.

The therapist will then administer the agreed upon course of treatment giving feedback along the way and making sure that you are comfortable at every stage of the treatment.


At the completion of your treatment, the therapist will do a post-assessment and give you corrective activities to continue the healing process as well as explaining the outcome and predicted course of healing and treatment requirements.
