Sam Pedersen, Practitioner

Sam worked as a Gym Instructor and Trainer before moving her talents into the field of Massage and Myotherapy. 


In 2012 Sam began working as a Myotherapist after completing her Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy and has managed to combine her passion for fitness and Yoga into her treatment philosophy and style helping all members of the community. 



Sam specialises in General health maintenance and recovery from Musculoskeletal disfunction by working holistically with her clients to achieve a vastly improved quality of life.


Krystal has an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy and a Diploma in Pregnancy Massage. 

After 15 years in the health industry and having her own family, Krystal’s main focus is in Family and Women’s health treatments using not only traditional Myotherapy techniques but also alternative therapies including Reiki, Access bars, Meditation and Family/Kids yoga.

Women’s health – Krystal treats pregnancy from the first trimester to the fourth trimester/ post pregnancy as well as Labour massage. Krystal also runs workshops for Partner/ Birth partner Labour training and infant massage to help Parents with bonding, reflux and general birth related concerns. These can also be one on one sessions.

Krystal has had great success with the treatment of Endometriosis and Fibromyalgia using Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Fascia massage.


She also conducts workshops or one on one sessions in the following - Kids yoga (12months to 17 years olds), Meditation and mindfulness as well as the ones mentioned above.

Ben holds an advanced diploma in applied science - Myotherapy.  Over the last 20 years he has managed to establish a successful business in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, where he also mentors students from a number of different colleges.  Ben was also employed as the course co-ordinator and lecturer at Box Hill Institute of TAFE for 5 years and now the Program Coordinator and Lecturer at the Australian College of Fitness and Body Work. 


He has worked closely with professional sporting clubs such as the Melbourne Rebels, Melbourne Hart and the Melbourne (Bulleen) Boomers WNBL and is currently the Myotherpaist for the Australian Womens National Basketball Team the Opals.

Ben has a passion for sports and fitness, practices and theories, and he is heavily involved within the local community, training and coaching basketball at all levels, from junior age groups up to the WNBL.
